This weeks selection includes;
Blue Murder cheese from Highland Fine Cheeses. Softer and creamier than many blues. Salty and slightly sweet. (x2 pieces)
Highland mini brie. It has a smooth, soft texture with earthy, sometimes meaty flavour depending on maturity. (x2 pieces)
Tain Cheddar. A nutty, slightly sweet cheddar that’s traditionally made and matured for over a year. (x2 pieces)
Connage Gouda with cumin. A creamy, well textured cheese that ranges from sweet and mild when young and matures to a stronger firmer texture full of flavour. (x1 piece)
Gruth Dhu (black crowdie). A log shaped soft cheese with a creamy, yet slightly sour taste. Gruth Dhu is a blend of crowdie and double cream that is rolled in toasted pinhead oats and black pepper.
House Tomato kasundi- mild spiced tomato chutney
House red onion marmalade
Sweet Piquanté peppers.
Gordal Olives- Gordal means the ‘Fat One’ in Spanish. Plump, juicy green olives with an almost citrus taste. One of the finest Spanish olives.
